We had just driven up from Savannah and I was dreading going to McDonalds and waiting in line for lackluster service. These two young men were kind, courteous, and had a genuine smile on their faces and in their voices. And the food really was fast and hot. This McDonalds is excellent. They really do have it goin on!!

I was not aware that I could only do 2 in drive thru and I had 3, so instead of getting two of them and having to go back around just for one more (8 cars behind me), I asked if I could come in to get them instead? Lady said I could, kind of with a rude tone. I understand I was going to have to wait a little longer for my third, but I was not waiting behind 8 other cars. What’s the point in ordering ahead if it wouldn’t be ready when I get there? Went inside, gentleman at the register was nice and tried his best to help, after asking the drive thru employees to help us. Multiple times drive thru employees walked by us (empty handed), and didn’t offer to help us once. One lady proceeded to give us a smug smile and walk by us and then back to the drive thru for no reason. I wasn’t rude, I was very nice and understanding. I could imagine a rude response if I was also rude, trust me I get it. Just wanted to share with others so they would also be aware. Thanks for coming to my ted talk, rant over.
