  Love the restaurant and staff. But, we have a handicap plate and use it every time. Sometimes, more often lately people without plates are parking our spots making us park away from the entrance. We have complained to the staff without any results. A fine or two would stop this.

  first bad experience ☹️ what does plain mean to you people? HOW YOU GONNA PRINT THE PLAIN LABEL ON MY NON PLAIN SANDWICH. shawty at the window even asked me "mcchicken plain?" bro 💔💔 can't even call bc when you do, you get an ear pulsing beeping noise.

  I've been working long and late hours in the Oakwood area over the past couple of months. This McDonalds has been a decent place to catch a economical meal and some wifi vs. making the 150 mile round trip home. I've racked up an obscene amount of rewards points and have been happy that the staff have been nice even when I pop in at odd hours. However at a shift change the other night I was asked to leave because I hadn't bought anything for 30 minutes. I had already ordered and eaten a full meal and the large togo bag was right in front of me. This was around midnight and the place was all but deserted. I could have simply ordered something had I wanted to stay but why would I. I went to my car finished the show I was watching and vowed to give McDonalds as little of my money as possible moving forward. The blame was assigned to the overnight shift leader. There are other places for me to patronize and I will. This should be a review about how good this location is but because of a single shift leader McDonalds has convinced me to spend my money and time elsewhere. Recently I've been dining at McDonalds in the area at least once a day. That number is going to drop to zero once I run through my many thousand of reward points which I'll carefully use 30 minutes at a time. Kudos to the Shift Manager who made customers feel unwelcome. Her short term and limited thinking has turned a loyal and grateful customer into a critic. The moral to this story is be nice to everyone. 1 because it's the right thing to do and 2 you never know who's going to take the time to call you out for presumptuous and lousy behavior. If I were this persons manager and saw this review I would tell them to be kind and not alienate customers based on assumptions. McDonalds has and will continue to lose my business now. Again congratulations to the team at McDonalds on Frontage Road in Oakwood GA! Update 12/21. Please note that the reply from McDonlds contains a non-functional link. The link is dead and it can not be copied. They want to appear like they are listening when they actually don't want real feedback. I'm also curious as to how the are going to "help". Par for the course. Give me a link I can click or copy and I'll use it. Or keep pretending to care and get called out some more. I often ask my Students what's the first thing to do when you fall in a hole? The answer is stop digging.
