We order daily and everyday they forget something or don’t prep it the way we order it. We’ve complained we’ve gotten replacements but it’s an EVERYDAY this happens and it’s exhausting. What’s sad it’s the only Dunkin nearby for our orders. If we were able to get there they would get it right because we are there. I ordered coffee with Caramel and Sugar but it had no sugar. I just don’t understand why there is no pride in putting peoples orders in correctly and striving for good service! How would they feel if it was their order????
