The store was completely empty, yet I still stood at the register for several minutes before anyone bothered to help. When an employee finally came over, she appeared extremely confused and unprepared to do her job. Ordering a dozen donuts, which is literally the most basic thing Dunkin sells, felt like a struggle. Simple questions about limited-edition donuts were met with confusion and no helpful response. Customizing the order was treated like a burden, and the entire interaction felt rushed, awkward, and careless. The service was unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. If employees can’t handle basic donut orders, this location has serious training and management issues. I will not be returning.

Once the hair was in my loaded hash browns and this morning I had a breakfast sandwich and I pulled a hair out of my mouth!!! It was awful!!! The sandwich was not warm at all. Please do something about the hair!!!!
