But then there’s today! Went through the drive through as normal because u know we pay for convenience right? So I ordered a large French vanilla iced coffee with 4 sugar and oatmilk so I get it and it’s just regular coffee but here’s my point I have to park my car get my 2 children out of the car and go wait in line just to get what I ordered the first time but here’s the problem I go in of course the manager is the one I talk he grabs a small cup fills it slap full of vanilla and hands me back the original coffee and tells me the stirs are behind me lmao like didn’t I just pay u to fix my coffee?? I understand people make mistakes we’re all human right? But when you’re the manager it is your job to fix the problem not the customers! Never received I am sorry let me fix that or anything just here u go fix it yourself like come on if u can’t get a better manger than that I think that’s a huge problem!

I have seen these folks with smiles on their faces and challenges with no ice but managing the dilemma and ice coming in the door and these folks never missing a beat. I love seeing all their faces when I visit in the mornings. i prob stop in 3-4 mornings each week so I def am a regular face. No longer a drive thru customer bc these folks help to start my day with a smile and awesome Iced Coffee. Keep up the awesome service TEAM!
