Wish I could post a zero for service! The staff was incredibly rude and un professional. My order was missing a sandwich and I was told it would be right out. Ten minutes later I went up to the counter and they had not even started my sandwich. The woman at the counter refused to make my sandwich and another employee had to step in. I would not recommend this place.

This location quite frequently gives you the incorrect food items. It’s honestly my fault for continuing to stop by and hoping they’ve somehow managed to become more competent. Order a roast beef and cheddar: hope you like fish buddy. Order a French dip: you meant a gyro right? Do not go here unless you enjoy having your order be a mystery box.

The lady taking my order had no personality....Ask me no real questions other than if I wanted to make my food large... sandwich, cold fries cold. I had to ask for a napkin to wipe the side of my drink off. There was soda all over the cup. For the money, I could have just gone to McDonald's. And got me a big Mac and had better luck there.

Customer service has dropped drastically for some reason. I have stopped going for now. Have been ignored in the drive through to a point that I just drove off. Not a usual thing for me. Figured it was a one off the first time but after 3 or 4 times now it's a trend.
