- AYApril Yang5 days ago1.0The first two photos are my “Bananarama Matcha” and the third photo is a Bananarama Matcha with a similar order as mine that I found online. Clearly, I’m drinking banana milk and the other person is drinking matcha. I don’t understand how we can essentially order the same thing but clearly the colors are vastly different. My fiance and his dad also ordered 5 and 7 extra matcha scoops in their drinks (large) and their drinks were about the same color as mine. While in the back, I overheard the male worker ask his female coworker, “Which one are you making?” His female coworker responded, “I’m making all of them together.” He questioned her “Even the (insert number scoops)?” Now given I may not understand everything regarding how you make drinks, but when we have asked for various scoops and modifications how can you possibly make one large batch of matcha? Very sad that this location cannot seem to make a consistent matcha. I also might add that someone after us asked for a gift card and they were unable to ring it up. It’s quite sad that this location has gradually gone down in quality.

If I didnt already buy my dang coffee I would leave the drive through and go somewhere else for mediocre coffee. It would be one thing if this didnt happen regularly at this location, but its a common occurrence! Its insane. Don't go to this one if you value your time.
