- ACAshlin Cooper2 days ago1.0I seriously can’t. Bagels were so bad. the cream cheese wasn’t spread and there was barely any on there as you can see in the photo. As someone who’s worked at Dunkin, I know quality and that was horrible. I never go to this one. They also didn’t put the French vanilla in the latte, was on the sticker but not in the drink. They make the lattes in the cup, supposed to be in a pitcher. I could go on and on. The only good thing was the service was fine.

Had to get my own straw through the drive-thru window today because they won't give you straws either cuz the drive-thru ladies freaking confused

We order daily and everyday they forget something or don’t prep it the way we order it. We’ve complained we’ve gotten replacements but it’s an EVERYDAY this happens and it’s exhausting. What’s sad it’s the only Dunkin nearby for our orders. If we were able to get there they would get it right because we are there. I ordered coffee with Caramel and Sugar but it had no sugar. I just don’t understand why there is no pride in putting peoples orders in correctly and striving for good service! How would they feel if it was their order????
