Will never be going back again, which is sad because I have never had an experience like it at the 2 other chickfila locations in the gainesville/oakwood area, quite the contrary

The restaurant was very busy in the drive thru (so it was understood to have grace as everyone is running around) It took roughly 20-25 minutes to get through the drive thru. Once I make it to the front, my biscuit and chicken is very soggy. I let them know that I hate to be a nuisance but I requested a fresh biscuit. The staff was a younger Indian (maybe) boy and the time was about 10:35am 3/28. He was roughly 5’3. He asked me to pull to the front and they’ll bring it out. I asked how long it will be. His response was “I have no clue, we’re about 15 orders off screen” I told him that I’m not comfortable pulling up without a time expectation and that I’ve waited quite some time already. His sassy snarky response was “so has everyone else” and I let him know that they, TOO, deserve fresh food and I will advocate for it. At that point, I told him I was not interested in moving. Once the food came up (10 seconds later) he practically threw it in my car. He was disrespectful, lacked couth, and needs to go to the back of house if communication is difficult for him. I will be contacting the franchise partner and corporate if I need to.
