- KLKyle Lasell4 days ago3.0Chick-fil-a is not a fast food restaurant that I normally go to, that being said, I was a little irritated that orders were being taken in the drive thru line, I was not sure what I wanted because I wanted to see what looks good on the menu, the employee taking the orders tried to find a paper copy but there were none available. I ordered two spicy deluxe meals and a kids meal for my daughter. When I got home I realized that the kids meal was not in the bag, I ended up having to cook her a meal, I called the restaurant to let them know what happened but there was no answer and the mailbox was full. The food was good, just disappointed with my experience.

BUT when my hubs orders a deluxe SPICY sandwich w/ colby jack cheese and I order a regular deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese whoever reads the order and puts together the sandwich puts the pepper jack cheese on the spicy deluxe……. it has happened at least twice. now today but hubs picked up chipotle. but took ME to cfa. so only I order a cfa deluxe sandwich which pepper jack cheese. we get home…. and it’s a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese 🙄 this is at least the third time man…. and it’s not whoever put in the order’s fault. cuz i read it. and the order is right. the sandwiches are wrong. not only one time. this has happened 3 times to us. at this location UPDATE: this has not happened again after i made this review :D ☺️

Worker came to give me my food but she literally threw the food at me and left without giving me my drink. I waited and I called them over, but no one came. They saw my car parked but still didn’t come to see what was going on. I called her over again and still no one came over. These employees need to be trained more and have more manners. I have never had any problems with my local chick fil a. These teenagers need to learn respect for others.
