  Hailey was a fantastic bartender/server! she really knew her stuff and was very nice and speedy despite being short staffed, she really made our night awesome!

  Been here a few times previously and after our experience with the bartender Christian we will be requesting him everytime. Checked on us so attentively and was on top of everything. For the first time eating at Buffalo Wild Wings we felt like our server cared about our experience. If you are wanting to try BWW and want an amazing experience request Christian he is awesome!

  We have attempted to come here as a party of 8 after our softball league on a Monday night @ 10pm & they always have an excuse as to why they can’t serve us.

  Emma was one of the best server's I've ever had! She greeted us with a big friendly smile and made sure we were well taken care of the whole evening!

  I would give zero stars if I could. Just stay away from here. The restaurant was absolutely NOT busy. We ordered for three and my son ordered a drink. We were having lunch for his birthday. We got the appetizer and the drinks but not his drink. After some time waitress brought out my mom and sons food but not mine. My mother’s food was wrong. We told waitress and she said oh I thought you said that. Nope but since I still didn’t have food my mom said she would just eat it. My food finally came out about 20 mins later and it was nasty rubber non seasoned grilled chicken. I had added bacon and it was missing. My son’s drink never came. She came back and I handed her my food and told her it was awful and I was not waiting any longer for food. I told her not to charge us for the food and drinks she never brought like my son drink. No apologies nothing just ok. I was so aggravated I just paid the bill and left a tip. I told the hostess out front we would never be back and she said ok sorry. After I got home I checked the receipt. I was charged for four meals and should have only been charged for three. I emailed customer support and they said they would be with me soon. Got an email a few days later they were working on it. They asked for my receipt which was sent with original email. I resent the receipt again. That was March 10. I’ve heard nothing. I paid $70 for lunch and had to leave and grab food at a drive thru because we had somewhere to be that day. Just don’t! sucky food and service. They absolutely don’t care. Plenty of other food options where they actually value the customer. Go elsewhere!!!
