    On 3/29/2025 Sunday at 11:25 am I ordered a turkey bacon combo that I had a coupon for.When I arrived at the window to pay the employee working the window said I wish u would’ve have told me before,when I was ordering he didn’t ask me how I was paying and no sign stating to let them know I’m using a coupon during the ordering process.so the employee had to ask the manager to change it and she was stating rude comments that if she wasn’t there I would’ve to pay full price and telling the employee she’s not going to keep making the changes unprofessional unfit to called a manger.

    Man, I wish I could rate this zero stars. Not sure what happened to this location, but just a few months ago this store was awesome. Management used to be on top of things, and were even fun to talk too. Now, you’ll be lucky for someone to answer you in the drive through- if you do decide to wait it’s going to take them even longer to give you your food(and it wasn’t even that good. Cold fries and a soggy sandwich which was baffling considering I waited five minutes)..And god forbid you go inside and ask for a manager to talk too.. be ready to get the run around and never actually resolve anything. Very disappointing. Won’t be back unless/until they do some serious restaffing.

    Wish I could post a zero for service! The staff was incredibly rude and un professional. My order was missing a sandwich and I was told it would be right out. Ten minutes later I went up to the counter and they had not even started my sandwich. The woman at the counter refused to make my sandwich and another employee had to step in. I would not recommend this place.
