This place attracts the old contractors who have never left Georgia, much less have ever heard of Guacamole. They hold up the line longer than just waiting on the regular employees because they have to ask if the lettuce is spicy. Further, I got about half the meat I would get at a normal qdoba and waited significantly longer than you would anywhere else. They could take a lesson or two from Panda Express. Find another restaurant if you value your time and money, otherwise it’s fine.

Food is good but the ladies can be rude as hell and incredible stingy with meat. Then get annoyed anytime you ask for double meat cause they don't want to have to fill it during rush hour. I don't understand you know there is always gonna be a rush and they don't make meat ahead of time or even have bigger pans for the meat. Maybe a weird corporate rule but still. I like qdoba just not this one.

Just avoid this place. Refusing to give double protein and purposely giving half scoops. Not sure what kind of business this manager is running but it makes zero sense.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unacceptable experience I had at your Qdoba location — Store #1865 — on July 5, 2024, at approximately 12:25 PM. While placing my order, I politely requested rice on my burrito. An employee, who appeared to be an older Black woman (old enough to be my grandmother), responded with extreme rudeness and hostility. To my shock, she began cursing at me in front of other customers. Her behavior was entirely unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncalled for — especially given the simplicity and reasonableness of my request. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience left me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. I’m not only frustrated by the interaction, but also concerned that others may be subjected to similar treatment if this issue is not addressed. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken. I also would appreciate a follow-up regarding how Qdoba plans to ensure better customer service at this location moving forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Tried to get a burrito over lunch. Stood in line like everyone else, got to the front, asked for chicken…. They said “nope, we are out and we are waiting for her”. No problem, I’ll do the Adobo Chicken. Get to the next station, asked for the corn…. She said nope, we are out (mind you it’s 1215… there’s no way they don’t plan on restocking all day). I shook my head with a bit of irritation. The lady says “here”, grabs the container the corn was in and scraps the remainders on my burrito and says, “there, are you happy now”…I ended up just walking away. For some reason, she didn’t think this was at all rude. Not a great experience, I can’t really judged the food because I’m not paying for food that can’t be provided, especially when the employees are being rude.
