  The employee at the front counter was very rude. I asked for a meal and separate sandwich. She asked which one was the meal and which was the sandwich and had a weird attitude about it. I said is everything okay? And she just kept repeating the total. It was very strange. Not to mention I went back in to refill my drink and I heard her say as I was leaving “you got something to say to me?” I am not sure why she was acting like this as I was just ordering my food. It was a younger black female behind the counter. My visit was 11/20/25 at around 6pm.

  Kinda mad. Went through the drive through and came home just to realize they gave us the wrong order... Yes I checked before driving off. Looked in the bag and saw my kids food and two wrapped sandwiches and figured my jalapeno poppers were at the bottom... Two sandwiches were wrong and come to find out we had a weird sub at the bottom.. it was supposed to be two double beef and cheddars with extra cheese and just got a chicken sandwich and a beef sandwich and an extra sandwich with beef and swiss but it was a sub. Y'all this comment is a lot just for Arby's ,I know but after having a baby I'm kinda sad about it.🙃

  Food was ok, but a random dude came in and threatened to kill himself to the Arby's cashier. Made me sad. :( Burger was ight tho ngl.

  The Arby's staff were very friendly and the food came out hot. Only downsides were the soda machine not having Dr Pepper, and the small joint being packed with Airborne soldiers

  Takes forever to get someone at the front counter just to order and then when you try to get someone to come take your order you get attitude and glared at, hire more people do better!
