  Stopped in today after a rush and Brook and Daija were very nice and friendly. After deciding to eat there after most of the food court was sold of of everything I eat, Brook was very patient and accommodating. I appreciate Daija assisting. Thank you so much ladies. It cost 0.00 to be kind, especially on a Monday !

  Rude and argumentative. They ignored the order form and intentionally forgot one of the drinks out of a 3 drink pick up. Why do I have to argue with employees who can’t do their job? It’s not hard to read a form and see “1 LARGE drink, 2 MEDIUM drinks” and yet when I get 2 drinks they want to argue and accuse me of trying to steal? No ma’am. You’re the thieves who don’t want to do your job. Shameful. Will never go back here and I encourage you to do the same. They are horribly rude and bad at their jobs. It’s not hard to make a sandwich and push out the CORRECT number of drinks. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I have never, in my life, been served by employees as rude as you all were. Shameful.

  PLEASE SHUT DOWN OR BRING NEW STAFF. I CAN CRY RIGHT NOW IM SO UPSET. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I DONT KNOW WHERE TO BEGAN AND I DO NOT HAVE ALOT OF TIME BECAUSE IM THINKING OF SOMETHING ELSE TO EAT BEFORE COB. CUSTOMER SERVICE- GHETTO, ATTITUDE HAD AN ATTITUDE BECAUSE I WAS ASKING QUESTION ABOUT MENU THE COOK SHIRT WAS DISGUSTING. HER SLEEVE ON HER SHIRT WAS TOUCHING THE FOOD. SHE TOLD THE FAMILY THAT THEIR ONLY GETTING 1 TOMATO BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT AND CLOSING SOON. DIDNT SEE A NAME TAG (ANOTHER LADY BOUGHT OUT MORE TOMATO) -TOUCHING EVERTYTHING THEN GOING BACK TO COOK THE FOOD. FOOD- TASTED OLD. THEY WERE JUST THROWING THINGS EVERYWHERE. USING THE SAME UTENSIL FOR EVERYTHING. ( THE THING SHE CUT THE SANDWICH WITH, SHE JUST THREW IT BACK IN A BASKET WITH NAPKINS IN IT) THE PREP LADY ORDERED A LADY FOOD THAT WAS STANDING BEHIND ME. SO HER FOOD WAS DONE BEFORE MINE. WAITED 70 HOURS FOR MY FOOD THEN ANOTHER 20 FOR MY FRIES AFTER SHE HAD HER SANDWICH AND FRIES. LEARN FROM CHIC FILA STAFF PLEASE. WHY SHOULD MILITARY AND THEIR FAMILY HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DEAL WITH HONESTLY I,M SORRY BUT I WILL BE CONTACTING BBB
