  I visited the Ft. Stewart AFFES location on Monday, April 20th @ 1645 hrs. There was no one in line so I was next up to order. At that moment a young man was cleaning up, behind the cooking equipment (which I can really appreciate). He took my order in a timely manner. I order 4 Phillies and 2 lemonade without ice. I notice that the counter on the customer side had a spill but I figured that it must've just happen and they didn't have time to clean it. I used my military star card to pay for my food, so I went to the PX to pay on my card. I came back and the messy was still there. By this time they have more customers. I looked the young man that took my order, straight in the eyes and said "There is something wasted on this counter. " He said "Ok" and he handed me my lemonade with ice. I gave them back, and asked if I could get them without the ice. He went back to correct the lemonades and still gave me 1 back with ice. We I brought it to his attention, he was adamant it didn't have ice. Once I presisted he realized it did have ice, and gave me the correct one. As I went to bag my phillies I had no where to place my bag bc the counter was nasty. I asked the cook "Can I get a bag to put on this counter bc it has something on it. She gave me the bag and I set my bags on top to pack up my food. As I went to leave the bag I placed on the counter was stuck. This is when I realized the mess on the counter had been there awhile. It looked like strawberry lemonade but now it was tacky, like glue. I discarded the bag that was stuck, and took pictures and a video. (it won't let me post the video) On a side note. There was atleast 3 if not 4 other employees there doing this time.

  Very poor management skills here, She was belittling one of their employees on the floor in front of the supper crowd tonight over some fries. (Very disappointed to see) Then a customer ask for the meal with the steak think they that it comes with a drink as the picture shows she told the customer that don’t come with a drink anymore And that was an extra charged. Not only is this Philly steak overpriced they want to nickel an dime you over a drink now. So the next customer, is seeing the same thing that I’ve seeing, asked for a cup of water with their meal. And she almost blew a gasket lmfao I feel sorry for the employees that have to work under them harsh conditions And I expect more from a facility that is located on a army base. And for some reason they don’t take United States dollars on a United States army base go figure that so get ready to put your order on a credit card.

  Shay left me feeling heard and welcome and the entire staff made my sandwich perfect!! Also i pay attention to good service deja and demirice are so nice
