  I got my food at 9:40 at night and it was a overcooked double burnt patty and not cooked all the way either and I'm not happy I paid $9 for this and this is how customers get treated not only am I pissed but I will be calling corporate about this IDC about the money I wanted quality and I got burnt Patty's

  Dining room closed because there were only 3 people working. This is before a lunch rush. Plenty of places can function with 3 people and have a dining room open. Used drive thru, food tasted weird and was over fried. They blamed the grease being too old. So you dont change your grease?? Won't be back!

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Wendy’s. We sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes before we even got to the speaker. Only TWO cars were ahead of us. One person got so fed up they just drove off. This probably should have been our sign to leave too. When we finally reached the speaker, my husband asked how much longer the wait would be since our three-month-old and toddler were both melting down in the backseat at that point. Instead of any kind of understanding or basic customer service, the employee responded with a condescending, careless attitude like we were the problem. This isn’t the first time the service at this location has been terrible, but it will absolutely be the last time we come here.
