  Took forever getting an iced coffee at curside pickup. Used it because we were in a hurry. Took better then 15 minutes. It was after 2 pm.

  "Atmosphere" stunk at the drive thru windows. "Service" slow as usual. "Food" went for the McRib and go the McNothing. They were all out and didn't know when they would have. I took the wife and guests to Jacks for their Country Rib. Can you guess? They had what was advertised but stated they were v-busy, it may take a few minutes. It did take a bit and received extra pies for our wait. Fabulous, oh not here.

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Service is horrible and they never get orders right. Update... There's no point in me following your link so that you can better assess or fix the situation. Read your Google reviews for the last 6 months.

  I ordered at the kiosk 30 mins later they didnt bring my order out. I had to ask for it . This was after I was being ignored at the front counter anyway. They lost the order from the kiosk . Then accused me of lieing. I had to show them my bank statement that I ordered. Then she slammed the food on the counter like I was an inconvenience. Then the burger was even raw . This is ridiculous. And a health hazard. See pics for raw burger.

  Based on my experience with why seemed to be the manager tonight over giving me the wrong order in the drive thru with no receipt, I will not be coming back as a local resident. I waited what seemed to be five minutes behind a line of individuals who had been waiting even longer, with no one acknowledging us in the lobby or taking anyone’s order. I was only able to get a very rude woman’s attention only after stopping her myself, as she still acknowledged no one in the line. After mentioning I received someone else’s order and was only supposed to get a 6 piece nugget, she goes to the back and says that I claimed to have only ordered a 6 piece. I’m not claiming anything, you all messed up at the drive thru and didn’t give me my order. She rudely gave me my six piece after taking back the food they gave me incorrectly. I asked her if I could be refunded for the incorrect food they gave me as that wasn’t my order. She got nasty as though she couldn’t understand me. She ended up refunding me entirely and said she couldn’t give me a receipt as her printers weren’t working. I would like to speak with the owner immediately and I want my receipts.
