- LDLaura Dodson5 days ago5.0We got a late evening hankering for some Fazolis this evening and got there right at closing time, Mgr Garrett and his team were very friendly and didnt hesitate to serve us even though it was so close to closing. Very friendly and great group of employees there tonight 11/18/25. Will definitely be back soon and hopefully we wont be so late next time 🙂 Thanks for the excellent service and food!

In there a few days ago, served a great fast casual meal and if I had set outside it would have been warmer. My guess: Crew gets hot in the kitchen! Drink some ice water or get a portable fan. Keep the customers coming. You have a nice place. Please ditch the meat locker approach. Maybe set a standard for temp and have manager monitor?

They didn’t forget the ranch or cheddar cheese for my pizza and even gave me parmesan cheese in my to go order!. They were so kind, the food was so FRESH, the cook waved and said have a nice day from her lil window. I wasn’t gonna stop, but I am so glad I did. This was around 11:30, lunchtime. Great experience. Thank yall… only complaint.. bring back ravioli!! Lol. I LOVE FAZOLI’S

We told him we were from Florida and we stopped when we seen since we don't have one near by any more. Today on 10/12 we stopped back by before going home and the guy was there again. He remembered that we were the people from Florida a few days ago. It made me feel good. Thanks for hiring this guy!!!
