  I am so sick of ordering pizza from these people. Whole staff is incompetent. I literally spend $50 to $70 dollars everytime i order and leave a $10 tip AT LEAST. No longer. Unfortunately when i want pizza, because of the area i live in, they are the only ones who will deliver to me. I guess from now on i will have to call them and babysit them through making my pizza to deliver it to me, only to receive no more tips. Sorry employees. Its a corporate restaraunt. Yall will have to deliver to me whenever i order. I am a Michelin Star chef who has been cooking for 14 years. There is NO excuse. Cant wait to order another pizza. Thanks.

  We ordered $50 worth (+ a tip) of food from the Ft Oglethorpe, GA Domino's. The tracker showed delivery would be around 7:19pm. As that time neared, I refreshed the tracker and the time jumped to a 8:14pm delivery time. I called the store at 7:20, and was told the driver was leaving with the food now. Our place is a bit tricky to find, so I watched the driver on the tracker map, and noticed that he turned up the road next to us. I called the store to have them tell the driver he's at the wrong house, and was told he had a delivery at that location as well. I kept watching the map, and the car stayed at the wrong house for over 5 minutes. I called the store again and was put on a never ending hold. I hung up and called back this time asking for the manager, and was put on hold again. I waited for several minutes until someone finally picked up the line. She said our food had been delivered to our porch. I walked outside and there was nothing. Our order was delivered to the wrong address at 8:06pm, so someone received a random pizza order that was over an hour old. I asked the manager to refund the order and the tip. She said she would, and it would take 48 hours to show up back in my account. No apology, no attempt to make it right. Just an agreement to refund the money. The kicker is, DOMINOS DOES NOT HAVE A CORPORATE COMPLAINT LINE. If you call the 800# you are directed to contact the local store that you're complaining about!🤣 Never again.

  Don’t understand what happened today. I ordered two large pizzas. The crust had big bubbles all over and was hard. The pizzas weren’t cut all the way. Hardly any cheese. Worst pizzas I’ve ever gotten from here. My family orders from here a lot. This was very disappointing. You can do better guys!

  This place is disgusting. Me and my family are new in the area, and we were hungry. We decided to get something from here. Me and my father ended up ordering the pizza in the store, and to say that the inside is a rotting, moldy and stinky psych-ward is an understatement. The environment in general is enough to scare away any customer, probably even a rat aswell. Speaking of rats and pests, I was surprised to find out that literally NOBODY cleans up the dead rats and roaches off the floor. Don't get me started with that kitchen, trash all over the floor, dead bugs, bits and pieces of moldy cheese and toppings. Is this a joke? This place probably had over 30 health violations! The customer service especially wasn't good. The person at front did not care at all, and sneezed without covering their nose. This, itself was enough to scare me and my father away. We ended up getting some pizza from a different place. Wouldn't recommend eating here, I'm sure anybody who eats here has a high chance of getting food poisoning. Even worse, maybe even a disease because of how those cookers were acting back in the kitchen. Truly unmature and disgusting humor.
