Tonight, we made a point to ask for extra sauced Lemon Pepper wings and there was barely any sauce on these. We asked for an extra side of sauce to fix it when we checked them at the resturant and they threw in a random other sauce. I shouldn't have to buy a bottle of their sauce just to fix what I ordered. And the fact this happens almost every single time we try to go...beyond upsetting.

They put us at an oddly position table right in the way of the drink station and everyone going from the front to the bar. They should just get rid of that table. The food was as good as you can get from this brand. I don't really know what I was expecting. I love wings but I never been here, as I typically go to Taco Mac or Pickle Barrel for wings. But there's no Taco Mac near Chattanooga and we had the kids with us, so we gave BWW a try. It was good for a BWW, but we won't be going back anytime soon, not for anything this location dud, but because BWW kinda sucks as a brand. But if you like the brand, this restaurant is ran really well.

When I finally got my food I rushed home to watch the game and when I get there I realized they didn't give me my cheese curds, they barely covered the bottom of my container with fried pickles and the wings I waited so long for were ice cold. I felt bad for the guy at the front taking calls, seating people, and checking on orders. I know it was busy, but you can't be an hour off on your ETA. I kept asking how much longer, because I didn't wanna miss the game and they kept saying IDK. I would've left and grabbed KFC on the way home if I had known.
