I get it...it's after the lunch rush and you may not have everything on hand...but 18 minutes seems a bit excessive. Or...unsolicited tip...if it's going to be more than a handful of minutes...just let the customer know so they're not wondering what is taking so long.

I have kids and I’ve worked fast food so I get it but that’s not a big order at all. Sausage biscuit is a simple thing to make. When we finally got to the window a man tells us it’s going to be 20 min since it’s such a huge order. WTH? Why didn’t they start on it like normal places do when the order is placed while waiting in line to get to the window? Idk but that was extremely rude and unprofessional all around. So my husband said nope and we drove off. You could tell by her response they just didn’t want to make it to begin with.

It looked like it was in the container instead of being a part of the food, so it is not the cook’s fault or unsanitary food. I’m just assuming a roach got between the to-go containers. (It was a whole piece before I removed it from the container, I replaced it in the container to show where I found it.)
