I have recently had a great experience with the staff. They were kind and willing to help when I messed up my order! Thanks! Coffee is great and love the mango protein drink. The donuts suck though.

I want to say, I had a bad experience coming in regarding a wrong price and unfortunately my calls not being picked up. After going back in sometime later they enthusiastically helped my FIL get his refund in cash and found his receipt for our order, we had gotten charged double and it was fixed the second he walked in. Thank you

Went here today to get my kids a donut around 330 and they literally only had 3 different kinds of donuts and one flavor of the munchkins. And the girl up front taking our order was not friendly at all. Very disappointing. Dunkin DONUTS when you literally have no donuts. The cashier said " we always run out around this time " I mean that sounds like a problem if you're out of donuts at 330 in the afternoon. They only had Maple , Vanilla cream filled and jelly. That's It. And wedding cake munchkins. What a sad excuse of a Donut place.

I ordered a dozen donuts online for the drive-thru pickup. When I arrived, the woman on the speaker was immediately rude and insisted that I had ordered the donuts as a walk-in order. I was literally looking at my confirmation email at the time, which clearly stated drive-thru pickup.
When I got to the window, the experience somehow got worse. She didn’t greet me, didn’t say a single word, and simply shoved the box of donuts out the window. No acknowledgment, no basic courtesy—nothing.
When I opened the box, the order was wrong.
I contacted customer service at 7:50 PM on February 27 to report the issue. I didn’t receive a response until March 7—eight days later. Instead of an apology, I was told:
“To address your concern, we need to see a copy of your receipt. Please reply to this e-mail and attach a picture or screenshot of your receipt. We will review the details of your purchase and adjust your account if needed.”
That same day I sent multiple photos of the donuts, the receipt, and my email confirmation. Then…nothing again until March 11. And once again, instead of trying to resolve the problem, they asked for my account number—despite the fact that I had already provided the date and time-stamped receipt, the order number, and the mobile number associated with the order.
At this point, it’s honestly not even worth the hassle anymore. The back-and-forth emails over the past two weeks have taken more time than the entire order was worth. I probably make more in the fifteen minutes I’ve spent responding to these emails than the cost of the donuts themselves.
Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I had known resolving a simple mistake would require this much effort, I would have just walked back inside, set the unpleasant little donuts on the counter, and left rather than waste my time trying to get help through customer service.
Please just refund my money. I have zero interest in a replacement order at this point, and frankly I have no desire to deal with your employees or customer service team again.
And let’s be honest—no one goes through two weeks of emails, photos, receipts, confirmations, and order numbers just to get a free donut. The only reason anyone would go through this much trouble is because there was an actual problem that should have been handled properly the first time.
