  I went in the restaurant to order a bowl with chicken. I had to ask the girl several times about what I wanted and I ordered double chicken. It was a to go order and she just threw the food in the bowl and did not put a lid in it. Food was hanging on the outside of the bowl and the cashier put a lid on the bowl for me. The chicken is so spicy hot I can’t eat it. The restaurant had food thrown all over the counter where the individual items you order were. Look like they had spilled food and didn't bother to clean it up. Tried calling the restaurant and you get AI and can never get through to a person. Last time I am going to Chipotle. I just wasted over $14!

  This location clearly has terrible management. I pulled to the window to get my order and the cashier has her back to the window pretty much sitting on the window with her lazy self. She then turns and just yells “WHAT’S THE NAME!” I tell her and the she hands me my bag, starts to close the window and I tell her I had a drink as well. She then says “The order doesn’t show us that” although there is clearly a drink listed on the large sticker that is placed on my to go bag. Please!! If you don’t want to be there go home!! I then tell her the drink and she asks someone else to go get it like she can’t be bothered to. I park to check my order and realize there’s no fork or napkins. That’s no surprise. I pull back around and the other girl has her back to the window pretty and I tell her I need a fork. She makes a face and hands me the fork. I don’t know what kind of parents raised these weird little entitled Chipotle workers but they should be ashamed because that’s not how you treat people. This is definitely my last time here. The owner needs to figure out what’s going on here based on the previous recent bad reviews. Oh also..the food was trash and they covered it in so much lettuce I couldn’t even see the rest of the food

  When you pay $13 for a burrito bowl, they could at least give you some beans and rice. Half a scoop? And then they acted bothered that I was even there. Watched the guy that was working the food line eat chicken being chopped on the cutting board with his gloves on. I'll be going to Dos Bros from now on.

  Eh. Food was good but I got scammed for what I got. Rice, steak, and guac, no drink was $13. I can make that same thing at home with more ingredients for a fraction of the price. Also the guy who made my bowl didn't really seem too happy, and he didn't even put my bowl where I could reach it on the counter after I paid for it.

  The short blonde women with yellow star acne patches on her face was so rude to her coworker on the line that was obviously new and still learning. I went at around 6:30pm today. She was the first person on the line and started my order, didn’t greet me when I said hi she just looked mad at said “what do you want” which like yea isn’t that deep but then she kept slamming stuff around and sighed when I asked for a bowl with two side tortillas. Then when passing my tortillas to her young female coworker beside her instead of just setting them down she slug them aggressively and with visible anger twice, there was no need for that, and again it wasn’t even busy. She didn’t ask what rice I wanted she just rolled her eyes and pointed. Then when passing my bowl to the young new coworker she did the same with my bowl she just slammed it to her and then would grab utensils out of her hand to use for another customer while the new girl was actively holding it serving me, and idec that she used it for another customer before mine who was in line behind me but it was the way she grabbed it so aggressively from the younger girl it was deliberate and rude and once again there where two people in line including myself so it’s not like she was having to bet THAT fast it’s not that serious . I never complain but she was just so rude to her coworker that it made me very upset and feel bad for the girl. I hope it was just maybe a one time thing and she was having an off day bc i understand I also work fast food but taking it out on customers and clearly teenage aged young coworkers who are new is just not cool man.
