  We waited over 10 minutes for our food in the drive through and we was the only car in line, it was a 20 dollar order so not a insane amount of food, then when we finally got our food she rushed over to the car and practically threw the bag at us and rushed off without saying anything, opened the bag to a unwrapped sandwich and barely any fries in my combo, on top of that the bo bites I got tasted like cleaner! I’ve never been to this Bojangles before but I clearly won’t be coming back after this. Do better!

  Biscuit was not cooked all the way and lobby was dirty can you please remodel your lobby the carpet needs to go its disgusting between grease shoes from workers and muddy boots from customers dont matter how much you clean cant keep that carpet clean with all that no one wants to come to a nasty store and the employees got enough stuff to clean without that headache be easier on everyone I believe subway took 48 hrs or less to redo there flooring when they remodeled

  We came in for breakfast on Saturday, March 14, 2026, and had such a great experience thanks to Melissa. She took our order and was incredibly kind and patient with our kids, which really meant a lot to us as parents. Melissa brought our food out to our table and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and great customer service made the whole visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. It’s not often you see that level of care at a fast food restaurant, and Melissa truly stood out. Thank you for making our morning so pleasant.

  1st shift is horrible I think that’s where all the bad reviews come from but 2nd shift after 2pm is the bomb I’d give second shift a 5 star

  Annie the Gm is amazing. She's always super accommodating and makes sure my food is fresh and hot every time no matter what time I come thru... she has done amazing things in this store since taking it over. I will continue to frequent this location almost daily...
