Would not recommend. Hours said 8:30AM for opening. As soon as I came up to the front counter, I was greeted with an attitude stating “we are are not open.” Therefore, I asked what time do you all actually open and was told 10. I see why this location only has 2.5 stars.

I went there today to pick up a smoothie order that I had placed online. When I walked in there was a girl with tattoos and a big girl having a conversation. The girl with the tattoos was washing dishes in the big girl was just conversing , doing nothing. It was me and another guy in line waiting for our orders to be taken. They looked at both of us dead in our faces and continued to conversate. The girl with the tattoos said "they can wait" I knocked on the door to get their attention so that I could get my smoothie. What is the point in placing an online order? If I have to wait for it. The girl with the tattoos turns around and whispers "never do that again". 1.poor customer service on their part. 2. I think the girl with the tattoos needs to be fired because every time I go there, her customer service is terrible, she has the nastiest attitude. 3. The Big gurk looking me dead in my face and continuing to talk while customers are standing in line, something also needs to be done about that. What happened to the other group? They were so welcoming even when they were tired. They never spoke to me that way or was ever rude.

Had an online order on a holiday. Apparently the store had holiday hours and did not turn off online orders. Order went through. They took payment and when we went to pick up we were told that the store closed at 3 and they did not have my order. Told me to ask for refund. Called the store the following day and was told I needed to ask for refund on the website. Did that. Received confirmation that they will be sending the information to the store management and I will hear back. One month later, still no refund or correspondence. Reached out again to the store, was told that they can’t handle refunds I have to do it through the app. Did a follow up to my first request for refund and was told that the store is responsible for refunds but I was not able to get a refund at this time. And tried offering store credit. I don’t need store credit. No explanation as to why. So they are ok with taking your money without providing service. Have to wonder how many others they did this to.

I ordered a mocha cappuccino smoothie and it was to go. I didn’t taste it until I had walked out to my car, but after a couple of sips, it was so sweet and there were still bits of turbinado sugar so I stopped drinking it because I knew it would get sweeter if that dissolved too. It was not edible and I like sweet, but that was way too much!.

Rude service! App says they close at 6:30 get here at 3:24 pm on Sunday February 15,2026 and they say they are close. But the app accept my order. They was rude and I will not order here ever again. On Fort Benning, GA. Rude staff they act like they don’t want to be there always rolling their eyes when you trying to order. I miss the old staff for when the first open, around the 2021 mark. I don’t know what’s wrong with the staff now but things need to change! I tried to get a refund since I was unable to get my food and they wouldn’t help me at all! I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!
