Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, a worker walked out with a pizza, so I told him my name. He said that order wasn’t mine and went back inside. Even though they knew I was already parked outside, my order never came out, so I eventually had to go in to get it. When I got home, I noticed that one of the pizzas was missing the chicken I paid extra for. I called the store to let them know so they could remake it while I drove back but they never answered the phone even though I called nonstop during the entire drive (about 15-20min). When I walked in, I saw three employees gathered around a laptop playing some kind of game, while only one person was actually working on pizzas. No one acknowledged the phone ringing, and no one seemed to care. I showed them the incorrect pizza, the receipt, and mentioned they also forgot the red sauce I paid extra for. They even kept the messed-up pizza. Honestly, it looked like, they were planning to eat it or resell it? Their response? No apology. No solution offered. No attempt to make it right. No compensation or even basic customer service. When they did finally hand me the “corrected” pizza, they forgot the red sauce again. This location is honestly losing the owner a lot of money. It’s been almost two hours since I picked up the order and they still haven’t marked it as delivered. The lack of professionalism, the mistakes, and the attitude from the staff were unacceptable. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had on post.

When you call the number their AI service will tell you that your order has been boxed up and waiting for a delivery driver to pick it up but when you go in there they will tell you it is still being prepared 1 1/2 hrs after you've placed your order
