  Website says they are open and I have tried placing an order twice now and it’s been cancelled both times with now explanation to why. Just wanted a pizza to help through a shift but I guess I just will never order from there again

  Ordered pizza and bread bites from my hotel through the Dominoes app. It arrived almost an hour later, about 20 minutes after its original delivery time. When it arrived I never got a notification from the store that it was delivered. They also didn't deliver my bread bites, only my pizza. It was cold by the time I got it and ate it. I tried to call to report the error. I never got a chance to speak to someone. I connected to the store the first time but no one said anything and they hung up on me. The second time I called I sat on hold for about half an hour before I hung up and stopped trying. I am unable to do so, but I recommend doing a store pickup and not get delivery from this store. Terrible food, terrible service, errors on top of errors. Update: Finally got ahold of my driver. He told me he'd come deliver the food back to me. I made a separate review on the app and Dominoes gave me a free pizza to be redeemed within 30 days. I called the driver back to cancel bringing me the bread bites as a compromise and he hung up on me while I was thanking him for his help. I wish I could take the 20% tip back. Worst experience at a Dominoes I've ever had. I do not recommend this store at all. Order at your own displeasure.

  I’m honestly just frustrated. I’ve been trying to call the store about my order, but no one is answering the phone. When I placed my order online, I selected specific toppings, but when I checked out they didn’t show up on the receipt. It ended up looking like I ordered a plain cheese pizza, which I didn’t. I’m currently on bed rest, so going up to the store isn’t an option for me. I just wish someone would answer the phone so this could be resolved. Please do better with customer communication.

  The pizza was dry, cold and there was almost no cheese. And the tracker was 20 mins off so I never knew when the delivery person was coming until they got there. We paid $70 for 2 pizzas and were very disappointed. It’s sad that this is how military families are is treated..

  I’ve been calling for 35 minutes trying to place an order since the app isn’t working properly and I’ve yet to speak to someone at one point someone finally picked up the phone and I could clearly hear two females having a conversation with one another and as I tried to speak to them I heard the voices walk away from the phone. This is ridiculous.
