Whoever in their right mind thought it would be a good idea to hire her to work with customers was definitely desperate. She was extremely rude to both my husband and I as we paid for our food. She was put out by having to put our food into a bag and gave a smart remark about it. Then she proceeded to continue to be rude when my husband just eyed the bag of chips for the nachos we ordered. It was well under filled and pre-packaged any other time we have purchased the nachos the bag was filled up in front of us. The chips are stale and most are broken and she yelled at us and told us that is all we are getting ripped the chips from my husband and shoved them in the bag. She also failed to provide us with our receipt and as we were walking away she continued to make disrespectful comments towards us. For her alone I will tell others not to use that location and will never go there again. Qdoba is one of my favorite food places and will either use the PX or just go elsewhere in general I refuse to pay money to a place that thinks that is the quality of service that should be provided. She picked the place where she chose to work if she dislikes people so much or providing them service then she shouldn’t work somewhere where she is helping customers face to face all day.
