Paid all that money we did in line and wasn’t asked once what I wanted on my sub. It was just handed to me. I didn’t even know she was working on mine. I was like I usually like mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, and pickle and she’s like it’s already done and went onto the next customer. Worst service from Charlie’s I’ve ever received!
- MMMeeNov 14, 20231.0I wish I can give them 0 star. This place is a joke. Order through DoorDash and on app said 20 minutes . Placed an order 5.50 pm and they closed at 6.30 pm. Last order from DoorDash 6.10 pm. This is second time they canceled my orders. Even the dasher went there and have to come back with nothing . If you guys don’t want any orders from DoorDash. Don’t use DoorDash anymore or don’t receive the orders. Management really needs to step it up.
