No straws, no bathroom soap, no receipt paper, bathroom toilet paper laying on a random place, bathroom sink doesn’t even turn on, dirty floor, no ice, employee screaming on the phone until the manager with the dreads and glasses and the nice white guy that came with her comes in that’s when things started to get better a little better within the atmosphere.
