Not only was the experience poor, I reached out to Subway after the fact to raise the issues with my experience on their site and have gotten zero response. Their service is terrible and neither they nor their corporate office seem to care.

I made sure to ask the employee please don’t give me hard bread, he said it’s not they are all the same. I took the sub to my hubby, he was so mad. That bread was so hard he wouldn’t eat it. Said give it to the dog. I called them immediately after he said that but no answer. It was late so I called again the next day which was Saturday, still no answer. We were heading to Atlanta and didn’t have time to stop by. So Sunday came and I went to the restaurant to complain about the sub. The lady was very polite and told me that the phones didn’t work in the store and she took my info and said she would call the manager to see could be done. She did call me back, however the manager said it was nothing to be done because I didn’t bring the sandwich back. I’ve never been back to eat. I also DoorDash and customers have complained thru the app about this store always out of something and it definitely holds me up. I can’t wait for Firehouse Subs to open in Forsyth, I love their subs. Never had a bad one
