That's just one one example out of many so yes they get very little ⭐
- SBShelbyLynn West (bubbles)Dec 21, 20251.0if i could rate a 0 i would. today i redeemed my rewards for a burger. when i got to the restaurant they took forever to even acknowledge i was there and then when i got my food and got to where i could check it, there was no patty on my bun just cheese, meat, ketchup and pickles. when i went back to get a remake the workers took a long time to come to the front counter and then when i told them what happened the girl kinda rolled her eyes and walked to the back. she did ask for a remake but when she did the grill workers laughed. all together i was very dissatisfied with service today.
