- RARichard Alley3 days ago1.0Went to this location 2 days in a row, February 27th and the 28th as a walk in. On the 27th no one at the front counter or in the back of house. Waited a few minutes, said hello a few times with no response. Went again this morning, 4 employees behind counter, no one acknowledged my presence or the other 4 people behind me. Waited a few minutes still no acknowledgement or concern about customers waiting. More concerned with drive thru. Left and spent my money else where. Won't be back.

An employee was standing there on her phone and completely ignored us ,no acknowledgment, no explanation, nothing. Whether you’re open or closed, it is the bare minimum to acknowledge customers. Ignoring people who are clearly waiting for service is rude, unprofessional, and shows zero pride in your job or respect for customers. This location clearly has a serious management and customer service problem. I will not be returning.Dunkin’ used to be able to compete with places like Starbucks, Coffee Bros, and 7th Brew. After this experience, it’s clear they’ve completely hit rock bottom.
