  I know times are tuff for hiring but you should really hire someone that will at least take an food order instead of goofing off on there phones instead of wasting my time we ended up finding somewhere else to get our coffee and food so sad !!

  Not Full Service Dunkin; they do not have all of the regular Dunkin coffee flavors.

  The lady who operates the drive thru most of the time but especially on saturday mornings has the worst attitude you can tell she hates her job, but particularly this trip i simply said I had another drink because I come thru here on a daily basis and they never hand me my full order I always have to still say I had something, she told me this morning that I only have 2 hands its right in her in front of your face in a very rude tone that I do this every time I come thru. That's because if I dont then I won't get the correct things. & I im in a car smaller than the drive thru window no I cant see what you have on the counter.

  The service and the food at this restaurant has been pretty great since it reopened recently. However, today the quality has declined sharply. Wait times were exceedingly long. Ordered the meal deal and the hash browns were hard and firm and the bagel was overcooked. Hopefully it was just a bad day.
