  Arrived at 5 o’clock on a Friday. Two cars in front of me in the drive-through. The place should be jumping… The guy taking the orders couldn’t care less about being there and was dismissive as if I didn’t merit his attention. After placing the order and waiting a good 5 minutes, none of the cars in front of me had moved yet so I just left. This location is inert. Can’t get service, can’t get food. It obviously needs an entirely new staff and new management.

  I was here picking up an UberEats order and it took them a very long time, I didn't mind the wait because most places are busy, but they had us waiting just to say the frappe machine was down, instead of saying that when we first got there.

  Ya volvieron a cambiar el personal ordenas algo y te dan otra cosa regresas y les muestras que te dieron el producto mal y pon en tu su cara y te atienden de mala manera. Aparte de eso se tardan demasiado. Deben de seleccionar a su personal porque eso afecta al negocio.

  This store always wants to close early. I got in a long line at 10:40 pm and they are telling me they took the last order. How is this possible when the business closes at 11pm. This has happened multiple times.

  Horrible experience, rude customer, old fries were dumped back into the fryer and served the aaa way back in kg bag, out of uniform regulations, headphones on, THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED. Manager ignored us multiple times. Horrible experience.
