As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- AGA GJan 13, 20263.0My experience was fair. The food was good however, the employee strongly expressed that online and app orders must be picked up on a certain side. That is understandable and is good to know. However my apple pie was missing in my order so its interesting that the same reason the employee was frustrated with me, the customer for not paying attention to the lane is the same reason I am frustrated because the employee didn't ensure i received eveything on my order. Food was good but employees should remain aware of their tone as I was not a doordash employee and was merely picking up my own food.
