Fries are never cooked correctly. It's like they're cooking in cooled down oil from putting frozen foods in the oil before it has time to heat back up to the proper temperature. Then when the timer goes off, they fries are not completely cooked to the fries they are famous for. They are oil soaked half cooked fries with little taste. I won't even begin talking about all the chemicals and other junk they add into everything on their menus. Then almost every time I go, they send me out into a parking spot while I wait for my food. But in the winter while temps are below freezing, my food gets cold before it reaches my car. I complained in my last trip and the manager gave me my money back and sent me on my way. I will NEVER go to McDonald's ever again!!!

I would give the service and atmosphere no stars if possible
I did a mobile order on 1/11/26 round 7:15ish and when we pulled up the person on the intercom had an attitude and was short. Pulled forward to the 1st window where you pay and the lady there completely ignored us so I patiently waited to be acknowledged so I could ask for a receipt. The lady never opened the window but looked at us a couple times then started talking to people on the other side and walked off. I pulled up to the 2nd window to which I was once again ignored. When the lady finally opened the window she never said a word just proceeded to try and hand me a coffee which was not part of my order so I told her that wasn't mine and she got an attitude rolled her eyes and asked what my order was. I told her and she gave me my drinks then had me park. I parked and they completed the order of everyone that was behind me and we waited until the whole parking lot was cleared. When the girl walked out with our food she looked at me and asked if I ordered food (I wasn't in the spot for pickup because the other lanes were full when I pulled up so I parked next spot down) and she had a major attitude. After this experience I will never go there again. The rudeness was not warranted and if I did something wrong all they had to do was let me know so I could fix the issue instead of ignoring me and having an attitude.
