  I would give the service and atmosphere no stars if possible I did a mobile order on 1/11/26 round 7:15ish and when we pulled up the person on the intercom had an attitude and was short. Pulled forward to the 1st window where you pay and the lady there completely ignored us so I patiently waited to be acknowledged so I could ask for a receipt. The lady never opened the window but looked at us a couple times then started talking to people on the other side and walked off. I pulled up to the 2nd window to which I was once again ignored. When the lady finally opened the window she never said a word just proceeded to try and hand me a coffee which was not part of my order so I told her that wasn't mine and she got an attitude rolled her eyes and asked what my order was. I told her and she gave me my drinks then had me park. I parked and they completed the order of everyone that was behind me and we waited until the whole parking lot was cleared. When the girl walked out with our food she looked at me and asked if I ordered food (I wasn't in the spot for pickup because the other lanes were full when I pulled up so I parked next spot down) and she had a major attitude. After this experience I will never go there again. The rudeness was not warranted and if I did something wrong all they had to do was let me know so I could fix the issue instead of ignoring me and having an attitude.

  Go ANYWHERE but here to eat, unless you have 26 minutes to waste in the drive-thru! (This has happened both times we visited this McDs. Staff, they need an adjustment .. like training! And a dose of politeness would help! Out of Big Macs. Snail Slow service. Orders are wrong They even forgot to collect money for our order! (Yes, we still paid them.)

  Usually it’s good place but … 12/8/2025 , pulled into a drive thru and 3 other trucks I waited with got their orders then another truck came got theirs and the menu board went out on me . I pulled around anyways and was not greeted but asked what I wanted . I ordered and paid then asked to wait in the lot . This all before 10:30 at 10:54 I finally got my order. I understand they wanted to go home but everything on the building says closes at 12am Had an email sent to me to get in touch with them but I clicked the link and says I need a case number so I can’t do anything because no case number was left
