I am writing to formally report an incident involving inappropriate workplace conduct that I recently witnessed.
During my visit, I observed a team member verbally disrespecting another employee in a manner that was unprofessional and unacceptable. Specifically, the employee made a derogatory comment by referring to the other employee as “fat” and spoke in a blatantly disrespectful tone. This behavior created an uncomfortable environment and did not reflect the standards of respect and professionalism expected in the workplace.
The incident occurred on April 4, 2025, at approximately 2:29 PM. This interaction negatively impacted my visit, as it created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. As a customer, I expect a respectful and professional environment, and this situation fell short of those expectations.
While I do not know the individual’s name, I can provide a general description: Hispanic male, average height, wears glasses, and has black and green hair.
I believe this situation should be addressed appropriately, as such conduct can negatively impact team morale, workplace culture, and overall operations. I respectfully recommend that the employee involved receive corrective action along with any necessary compliance or workplace conduct training.
