  I frequent this location often as I pick up for UE. I always seem to get orders that are disheveled, thrown together last minute and not actually cared or handled well. Today, I went to use a free sandwich from the app. The older gentleman in the front is the sweetest. He didn't know how to use the promo/code. He asked 3 others and they didn't know. They were simply told by management to "make the sandwich" the code was not taken or input in the system. It took 2 minutes to make my sandwich, but then another 4 to actually receive it. It was put on the shoot with the sandwich falling out of the box, box open and no one was paying attention to it. I let it go and waited since I saw they could have other things to do. Well, after I finally received my order, I simply asked for ONE BBQ sauce. I was told I would be charged even though I have an item that sauce would be asked for dipping. I would have to PAY .42 for one sauce but at ANY other location, I would be given at least one. If I asked for a handful or a lot fine charge, but I had a full chicken sandwich and had to go somewhere else where they gladly gave me one sauce that I was needing. This store has friendly enough staff, but they all look miserable. They all don't take their job seriously, care to offer the best service, it is just about the pay check. This store also needs A LOT of updates, cleaning and care. I will never purchase from here again and will drive out further to get my husband's bo berry biscuits.

  I will not go there for breakfast anymore the lady that works the drive thru window has a poor attitude and acts like she doesn’t want you there. And it doesn’t help there’s no one taking your order and you can barely hear and understand what the speaker is saying.

  We had to wait 10 minutes for our food and then we were given the wrong order and had to go back. Then when we got our food and got home we only had 3 tenders when we were supposed to have 4 each. We also paid extra for ranch and the ranch cup was barely full enough to cover the bottom. This is very disappointing because we ate there a lot and not sure we will go back with how much we paid, how long we waited, and the missing items.

  I normally frequent Bojangles for breakfast but other evening we decided to grab some fried chicken for dinner as we watched the SEC championship game. And I just want to say what a wonderful experience I had. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with nothing but smiles and how may I help you. The lady at the counter, her name was Claretha. She was so helpful as I had many questions. And I’m quite the picky guy. I’m not gonna lie. But I just want to say thank you. The food was perfect. The service was perfect and not only her, but her two other coworkers were extremely nice and treated me with such kindness as well. I really like the atmosphere and the attitudes of the employees. As I frequent a lot of restaurants and eat out quite a bit I just gotta say hands down this restaurant is well worth the stop if you want some awesome fried chicken served up with smiles and how may I help you!!
