  I always try to have patience when I have a bad experience at this location as someone who used to work for this Chick-fil-A, but after the service I received today I can confidently say that the new people they have working here don’t care about the customers like we used to back then. When I requested my food a certain way the girl in the drive thru taking my order responded with “I’ll try my best” I thought it was odd so when I received my food / receipt at the window I checked & saw that there had been no note added or message made with my request. I then communicated to the girl ‘Chelsea’ who handed me my bag that I asked when taking my order for the sausage biscuit to be well done and she said “I apologize we don’t do that here”. When I told her we used to do it all the time I just wanted it cooked a little longer she dismissed me again, changing her story to they can’t do it because it’s a “corporate issue”. I’m sorry but if that was the case, then maybe it should’ve been communicated when I ordered - before the food was bagged and paid for & I could’ve ordered something else. It’s just sad to see that the standard of service that used to be so high is now this disappointing.

  I come here regularly. Breakfast chicken has been completely inedible lately. Each time I get a biscuit there the meat doesn't taste or feel like meat. It's hard, you can't bite it you literally have to pull it apart. It's almost like they overcook or use bad pieces for breakfast. Lunch is typically fine. My hashbrowns were cold as well.

  Both times I have eaten at this location I have received cold food and items missing from my order. I hope this isn’t how every order is treated

  I wanted to give a shout-out to Jacob. We went to highschool together and I had not seen him until I grabbed lunch today. Not only did we catch up, he was professional , kind, and personable. He was a good kid in high school , and he's a good man now. Thanks Jacob !

  As always this location never fails with excellent food and exceptional customer service. We want to highlight Luke, he goes beyond and is so welcoming we love his attitude overall he even remember us by name 😅.
