My family and I placed a large order totaling around $130, and from start to finish, the service was frustrating. First, it took multiple attempts—three calls—to get someone to answer the phone. Then, after receiving our order, we realized it was incorrect and had to call twice more to address the issue. One of the biggest problems was that the app offered "Vegan Patties," which the store did not have. Instead of calling to inform us, they simply made the subs without them and said nothing until **I called back again** to complain. When I went to the store to return the incorrect subs and have them remade, the customer service was unacceptable. The employees were unprofessional, using foul language right in front of me, catching attitudes, and generally showing no concern for fixing their mistake. If I'm spending that much money, I expect my order to be correct and handled with respect. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've had with Subway. I hope management takes steps to improve communication, customer service, and professionalism in this location because this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
