  Ask for a lime ginger ale got a regular ginger ale ask the guy at the window he yeah it’s lime ginger ale but iits not green hello where did you go to school and act like you care about your customers and was not lime ginger ale ale

  An extremely rude worker yelled at me while attempting to take my order. I received an emergency phone call while in the drive thru. I was going to apologize for the hold up before driving off as I had to leave immediately but she just hollered at me before I could say anything. It was so rude and disrespectful. You have to wait if someone is not responding and then move accordingly. You do not scream at someone. Especially a customer. This is Wendy’s not a zoo. That young lady needs to be fired she clearly does not know how to conduct herself in the work place and has little to no emotional intelligence. This happened on 04/18/26 about or around 9:30 am - 9:40 am. Do with that information what you will. I hope whoever was on the intercom at that time gets fired.

  Shitty customer service people working drive thru like to give dirty looks and if u dont like ur job quit but ik next time I get a look like that while being nice ill call the bbb

  The Manager in here is rude and cruel to her young employees. I was here picking up an order and instead of helping, she was in here micro managing and being super pushy and rude to the young staff. If you want tip top employees, maybe you should pay more. When you pay like crap, working with children is going to happen. If that is going to happen, then you're obligated to deal with sub par performance out of a learning child. You're obligated to treat those kids with respect. If I was the young girl that was being yelled at was actually doing a great job for how busy it was. The lady in question "DANA" should be terminated immediately. I wont return until I know she's been fired for treating kids like that in front of customers.
