  Benita was my cashier she was helpful and she sung a little pizza hut song which was pretty funny!

  Customer service was outstanding! Restaurant was very clean and food came out faster than expected. Definitely one of my favorites PH locations. Will be back!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at Pizza Hut on the night of March 30, 2026 around 9:00 PM. The manager/shift lead on duty, Labronzo Tomlinson, (see attached image) was answering the phone and intentionally hanging up on customers who were trying to place orders. I personally experienced this, and when I arrived at the store there were multiple other customers in the parking lot complaining about the exact same issue. Instead of assisting customers or addressing the situation professionally, he was rude, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. Unfortunately my family and I were unable to place our food orders because of him! This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone in a management position and reflects very poorly on the store. Customers should not have to deal with being hung up on or treated disrespectfully when trying to place an order. This experience was a complete disgrace and I will be filing an official complaint with corporate regarding this incident.

  Today, 3/30/2026, around 9:30 PM, I called this location multiple times trying to place an order, and it appeared that the MALE MANAGER himself with a slight country accent was the one picking up the phone and INTENTIONALLY hanging up on customers. When I finally spoke to him by having to contact the call center manager to place a call directly to this location, I explained the issue to him and asked if it would be investigated. He completely ignored my concern and request and asked what I wanted to order instead. I then asked for his name after his VILE & VICIOUS attitude was displayed over the phone and he refused to give his name and hung up the phone on me. I called back several more times, asking again for the manager’s name, and he continued to refuse and hang up. As someone who works in corporate, I know what professional customer service should look like, and this behavior is completely unacceptable. It is deceptive, morally wrong, and harms Pizza Hut’s reputation and business. A manager intentionally hanging up on customers and refusing accountability cannot be tolerated. I strongly urge Corporate to investigate this immediately.

  Wouldn't let me order the large special over the phone wanted me to pay 23$ so I hung up and placed it online. When I got there the special was available the girl just didnt want me too order. Then she asked me to tip her... so unfortunately I did. She didnt even say thank you. Wish I wasnt so far away id take this uncut pizza back for a refund. Save yourself the trouble and unwelcomness and just go to the one down the street. Rude and ungrateful. Very bold to ask for a tip from someone you just tried to over charge. Wasn't gonna type this out till I seen they didnt even cut my pizza. God bless.
