    This location: inconsistent with what can’t be done and what can be done because one time someone warmed up my cold sandwich and then the next time I was told “can’t do that”. It’s always a lot of “can’t do that” when it’s been done before. Maybe different GMs allow different things? Idk. It’s confusing for the customers. Now yall know people come and work in there. Why is it freezing ? Colder than a hospital and the smell towards the front smells like cigarettes and wetness. Check for mold in that area. It’s the second time! This locations food also is okay. Not delicious like other Panera’s I visit. This one is just the closest to me…. In general: yall can simplify the menu so people can better understand. Allow for the mix and match to be the same item. We’re already overpaying for sandwiches and soups. Know your customer. Students and WFH people come here. I appreciate that it is a place where we can get work done but I will spend more money if they cared for the customer. I’m losing hope in Panera.

    Came in for lunchtime and ordered something different. When I wasn’t pleased with my selection, The manager Deja allow me to switch out no problem at all. That is the service that I can appreciate. I always go here and I never leave dissatisfied 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.

    If there was an option for anything less than 1 star that is exactly what this location would get. I had an order for Drive thru pick up, due to me having to edit the order before checkout and not catching it before I payed, my order changed to rapid pick up which requires in store pick up. I go to the drive thru and am told my order can’t be found and to pull up. Once I pull up I am told it could be due to the time and to park and it would be brought out to me. The time passes and I have to go so I go in to check on the situation. I was helped by a nice young lady up front and she found my order without issue. I asked if it was sitting the entire time and why it wasn’t able to be found by the drive thru employee. She lets me know it still feels warm and I leave due to the time constraint I am under due to having to be somewhere else on time. I call back and ask for a manager because upon opening my food it is in fact cold , which tells me that it had been sitting. I explain the situation and ask for a solution. I am told I am speaking with Ashley but she did not confirm whether she was a manager and she let me know the solution would be a refund and she (Ashley) proceeds to admit that her team made the mistake of telling me to park instead of coming in due to the pickup being a rapid pickup and that she apologized for the mistake. She proceeds to continue explaining the same point and talking in circles. I let her know that I did not need further explanations because she already let me know and I fully understood (again I have to be somewhere at a specific time and I did not need her to say the same point 3-4 times when I understood the 1st time). I ask her to reiterate the solution of the refund and how it will be received. Ashley proceeds to become hostile and louder with a disrespectful tone and says “What we not gone do is cut each other off because I let you speak.” She continues with more disrespect however I just say to her “Excuse me” multiple times until she allows me to speak and I let her know I don’t need you to explain the same point over and over because I already understand and I just want to know about the refund and how it is received, I am speaking to you calmly and nicely and you are becoming irate and rude. Ashley then says “And you’re cutting me off again , you’ll receive your refund in an email” and hangs up on me. At that point I call back and my call is ignored. I call from my second phone and the same person ,Ashley answers. I say “Yes this is who you hung up on a few seconds ago , I would like your district manager’s information.” My intent was to simply take it to the district manager and express my concern for how customers , who come in polite and calm manners are treated by the manager at this location in Fayetteville on Ellis Rd. Ashley hangs up again without saying anything or even simply handing the phone over for someone else to assist me with the information. The lack of professionalism and self control is absolutely unacceptable and intolerable for an establishment such as this , where customer service and care is supposed to be a top priority. This establishment also relies heavily on customer feedback and based on the other reviews I will NOT recommend this location and will NOT be returning due to the behavior and conduct shown by the manager. This location’s potential for success is a reflection of the team and Ashley is a poor choice for what that reflection should have looked like for Panera Bread. I will be obtaining the information I requested regardless of if it comes from her or not, however this will also be posted for others to see before they go to this establishment and are treated similarly or worse.
