My first time visiting this beautiful place, and the experience was 10/10.
For the main course, I ordered fried fish with red bean rice and sweet plantains. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, perfectly seasoned and full of flavor.
The oxtail with rice and red beans was also a hit: the meat was tender, and the sauce had a deep, well-balanced flavor.
For starters, we tried the spicy shrimp with traditional Jamaican patties; the spice was balanced, and everything had an authentic Jamaican taste.
We also had two cocktails: one was more refreshing, with a hint of mint, and the other had a stronger, more intense profile. Both were well prepared and perfectly complemented the meal.
We will definitely be coming back.
We returned to this Caribbean restaurant, and our second visit was even better than the first. The service was excellent; the server was very attentive and friendly. This time we went with my sister-in-law, her husband, and their daughter, and we ordered chicken wings, spring rolls, fried salmon bits, fried cauliflower, and I had mashed potatoes with stewed fish. We had already enjoyed the fried fish on our first visit. For dessert, the bread pudding is a must—I love it!
We were so impressed that we invited my husband’s sister and her family to try it as well. The only thing that left us wanting more was the fried calamari, which is currently unavailable. Overall, delicious food, great service, and we will definitely be back.
