Sharnette was great and made sure my 2nd whataburger experience was my favorite. The food was fresh, sauce was delicious, and people were nice. My gf and I even got to try 2 delicious flavor drinks, berry cream and the new iced coffee.

I drive out of my way to come to this location even with other locations being closer to me. The food is always fresh and the customer service is great. Ms. Faith is always so sweet and a delightful part of my day!

My bride and I had eaten here on an earlier trip to South Georgia (from Villa Rica) with a very good experience, impressed with the service, as well as the quality (and taste) of the food. This time, however, although the staff was still great, we found the quality of the food had declined. My wife's burger patties were "hard as a rock" and her bun seemed like it had been out a while (not fresh). I tasted her patty and totally agreed with her comment. We finished our meal, and I discussed our visit with the manager. I don't think this experience will deter a future visit to this franchise while traveling in an area they inhabit. One thing worth mentioning is this location had a very wide selection to choose from and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

First time trying it and I must say it was delicious. Better than any fast food burger 🍔 I ever had. Portions are large but the prices aren't. I would say It ranks #1. This will be my only place to grab a burger from now on.

We were just in line and there was an issue with the speaker. No one took our order on the speaker and we had to pull out while 3 cars went in front of us. When we finally got to the working speaker, the manager was not apologetic at all and when we asked if we could have something for the inconvenience he stated “so you want us to give something you something because you had to back out?” The service is horrible. We decided to leave and not eat here.
