The management doesn’t seem empathetic or interested in addressing concerns. The store has an unpleasant smell as soon as you walk in, which doesn’t inspire confidence in cleanliness. As for the food, it’s very hit or miss — sometimes okay, other times cold or poorly made. I’ll be skipping this location in the future. It’s worth the extra drive to visit another Wendy’s where the staff and service are better.
