- TWT WestFeb 11, 20261.0The manager here is so UNPROFESSIONAL! I went in to get a refund bc I was charged for a tip that I did not opt to give. After the manager told me twice that I intentionally tipped and I explained to him twice that I did not bc when I came in there the card reader had to be re booted because it wasn't working correctly so maybe it was a glitch. He gets an attitude bc he said I told him the story about the malfunctioning card reader twice (again, me telling the story twice was bc he blamed me twice). I asked for his managers number and his smart tail says "555-Google it bc you won't get it from me" like how unprofessional could you be? Then he starts yelling at me about how he wasn't going to listen to my story another time. I have it all on video and have already started blasting it to social media. I am a customer! He is a representative of the brand! Even if I told the story 10 times, you don't scream and yell at a customer. I hope everyone close to this store takes their business elsewhere.
- MRMiss RJan 8, 20265.0I had to update my review because tonight we had some of the best Pizza Hut we’ve had in YEARS!! Our food was so fresh and delicious I called to speak to the manager! The person that cooked our food is named DeMario. I told him how much we appreciated his efforts and he thanked us and talked about how he takes pride in doing his job. The breadsticks had the perfect amount of seasoning, with a little crunch on the ends, the pizza was still hot and delicious and the Cinnabons were the perfect sweet treat! From now on, we will ask if DeMario is on duty, if not we’ll pass. This taste reminded of us of when PH was a restaurant in the good ole days! Thanks so much!!
