I called the store and was told it should have already been delivered. When I explained that it wasn’t, they immediately offered to remake the order and send it out as soon as possible. I was totally fine with that. A few minutes later, the manager, Manya (not sure on the spelling), called to personally apologize and explained that the DoorDash driver wasn’t picking up the order—so she was going to deliver it herself. True to her word, about 10 minutes later she was at my door with my pizza, and she comped the entire order. I didn’t ask for that, but she shared that she’s the new GM and is working hard to turn the store around. Well, Ms. Manya, with personal customer service like that, you’re absolutely on the right track. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a great experience.

Called an hour before pickup, asked for it to be ready in an hour. Walk in, no greeting, and oh we’re just putting it in the oven. These people aggressively don’t care. Take your business elsewhere.
