It was actually around 7:25 or so , the lady was really nice and checked my order. Greeted me at the window with a smile. Friendly customer service, we don't get much of that these days unfortunately. Her name was Cynthia, I could use more Cynthia's at my company.

Only a few customers in there and no one in the DT, so you couldn’t even justify the poor customer service with it being busy. We stood in the lobby, near the counter for a few minutes and no one came up to even take our order let alone let us know it would be a few minutes. I legitimately started to walk around looking for iPads because I thought maybe that’s where you’re supposed to order? (some stores have the iPads that you order at instead). No iPads, just terrible customer service. We ended up just walking out. Clearly this location doesn’t care about customers. Will never be back.
