    I visited this location this evening. My food was barely warm, barely any meat and when I expressed my concerns to the manager, Ashley, she dismissed it. Advising its portion ctrl. Which is fine, but I asked her to look at the sandwich instead of just coming off defensive. She immediately said Frowned and said nope, I’ll give you a refund. Terrible service!

    Kiddos to the GM today She was professional and respectful when I had a problem with my order The GM explained to me the policy which didn't allow a cold sandwich to be heated The GM did not have an attitude, she took time to inform me This is what excellence looks like Today, I saw the GM working just like all the workers I can tell the GM is people-oriented The young lady who took my order is new, but she's such a great addition to the team! ************************************************** My last visit had a problem with the order The female worker always wearing the headset rolled her eyes at me, snapped with a rude tone "you need one?!' when I asked if she was the manager Very disrespectful So much to the point, here we are 2 weeks later, I came in today, the SAME female always wearing the headset, rolled her eyes at me AGAIN, then proceeded to talk about me to a fellow worker, like I could not hear her. What a disgrace ***************************************************

    Wanted to pick up dinner to take home to eat later, and saw this Panera location was close by. I did order in advance, but I was only a couple of miles from the store. They weren't that busy, so my order was ready in less than ten minutes. I got the limited-time bagel stack sandwiches(both of them). They were fantastic. So pretty good usual service from Panera.

    I waited at the cash register for over 20 minutes to be waited on by the staff. I was the only person at the register. The strange part is other staff members could see me patiently waiting and did not assist. Extremely poor customer service at this store..This occurred, 1/14/2026.
