  Our service was almost Awesome but he missed our appetizer!! We looked up and our dinner was coming out…we asked the runner where was the appetizer he looked startled…Than when l got my food l asked for the special toppings on the side…l asked for melted butter also loaded mashed potatoes but, l ate my meal because l had to take my medicine he offered ….my take is double check guest(s) order double check meal before they come out for presentation and by the way l had the grilled salmon with the mushrooms, shrimp and creole sauce (which was supposed to be on the side

  NAJAH ! (I may be spelling her name incorrectly, my apologies) but she provided some of THEE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have received since living in GA! I pray she goes many great places ! She was also very attentive, to the point we didn’t have to request the simple things! I don’t live in Fayetteville but if I returned I would definitely go back and request NAJAH ! Keep being great NAJAH 🙂‍↕️🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🤏🏾🙂‍↕️

  Absolutely I want to tell you about it. I ordered our food for take out. One dinner with ribs baked potato and broccoli. There was no broccoli with that dinner that I discovered when I got home. The second dinner was chicken on the barbie with baked potato and broccoli. I realized while I was still there in the restaurant that there was no baked potato in that dinner. Also when I got home I started to eat the chicken and it was very dry, which seemed it was overcooked. Not at all a good experience. I do believe in getting what you pay for, and nothing more or nothing less. I called the restaurant in Fayetteville GA where I ordered my food and the phone was answered by a young man. I asked to speak to the manager. The young man stated that the manager was extremely busy and can't come to the phone but I can tell him what I needed. I expressed to the young man that I didn't get broccoli on one of my dinners, and the young man said to me " I will have to let you speak to the manager about that" and put me on hold. I was on hold about 5 minutes and then the phone was hung up on the restaurants end. Not a great experience at all.

  I ordered wings and a sweet potato to go. Wings were okay but this is how my sweet potato looked!!! So you can imagine once I got home I was upset to find it like this. How do you serve this to some one!!

  My family and I did not have a good experience on 2/21/26. We were told it would be an hour wait for a party of 7, which was fine, we understood that. We waited in the car. But after over an hour wait, I checked back with the hostess and realized she had forgotten about us. We never got the text to our phone. She rushed and got us seated. As we were ordering, we found out Outback has removed the Porterhouse Steak from the menu. Our group ordered two NY steaks, medium, three of the center cut sirloin steaks, medium well. All of them were well done. We were able to send them back and get them done correctly but the entire experience was a disappointment.
