She ordered her steak medium it came out medium well. I never send food unless it is just plan disgusting. Some cooks can't take criticism. I can't see them we prepare my food.

She took our drink order, and as she was about to walk away, we politely let her know we were ready to order. She immediately made a face and appeared visibly annoyed, as if we were inconveniencing her by taking more of her time. When I ordered a ribeye steak, she asked which ribeye I wanted. I asked about the difference between the three ribeye options, and instead of explaining them clearly, she gave a short, unhelpful response and only mentioned that they are cut and cooked differently, without actually explaining the differences. Because of her rude demeanor and poor customer service, my family and I decided to cancel our order and leave. We ended up going to Outback in Peachtree City, where the customer service is always outstanding and welcoming. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and it’s unfortunate that the service drove us to take our business elsewhere.

I have even seen her assist the delivery drivers as she was coming in to work before she could clock in; a lot of people wouldn't do that. The food was good and the order was accurate.
