  I’m very disappointed we have been going here for a long time , tonight we didn’t get what we ordered and it was a birthday , didn’t even sing happy birthday .

  Don't bother going to this location in Fayetteville. The majority of the tables were empty; however it was a 2 hour wait. I asked the hostess if it is because they don't have staff and she said yes. For Veterans Day or any other day they should be prepared. If they can't get people to work there I don't want to eat there.

  DISRESPECTFUL! I wanted to try outback for the first time today, and came in alone. The polite hostess told me I couldn’t sit at the bar because the bartender was leaving and added me to the waitlist instead. I waited over two hours in my car outside (since there were already several waiting in the lobby), and never heard anything else from them. I was already anxious enough going in alone so, I wasn’t going to go back in and beg for a table, and I finally am leaving and am going to Longhorn across the street instead. I understand tables of one may not be the most lucrative, but I initially tried sitting at the bar where plenty of seats were available, and was declined. I now know to avoid Outback and will advise all of my friends and family to do the same.

  Usually don’t go to outback but I was craving some steak and fries. Anyways I called placed a order for pick up I was told it would be ready at 4:40pm I arrived at that time walked in to pick up the order and was told to go to curbside I explained to them I hadn’t gotten a text or email with a link to say that I’m out there or what parking spot I’m in for my order. I was told they would just see me. I pull around to curbside and a lady approached me asked my name and went back inside I waited there for an additional 30 more minutes and the same woman came back to my car twice to ask me “what’s your name again?” then finally brung my food out her 4th time coming to my car. I checked my food to make sure it was correct and my food was cold and one of my sides was incorrect, it was pouring raining and I was exhausted so I just took my food home and warmed it up myself but for $30 and an additional 30 min wait I would hope to at-least get my food fresh. Disappointed to say the least.

  I think it's a spectacular place, the food is excellent, the prices are good, and something that really caught my attention is that all the staff are extremely friendly. They serve you happily and with a smile. Ariana's welcome and Britney's attention were very pleasant and special. 100% recommended for going to eat and have a pleasant time with very happy service.
